Shipping and Delivery Policy

At KAF Cultures, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and timely delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we manage deliveries within Jordan and internationally.

Shipping Rates

• Delivery Within Amman:
  • The delivery fee is 3 JD.
• Delivery to Other Areas in Jordan:
  • The delivery fee is 5 JD.
• International Delivery:
  • Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and location.

Delivery Times

• Domestic Orders (Within Jordan):
  • Orders are typically delivered within 24 Hours.
• International Orders:
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Typically from 4-6 Business Days after processing the order. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD Payment only eligible for domestic orders inside Jordan.
• COD Payment Requirement: 
  • Customers choosing the Cash on Delivery (COD) option are required to pay the full amount before opening the product.
    
• Acceptance of Orders:
  • By selecting COD, you agree to accept the order upon delivery. Any refusal to accept or pay for the product may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and recovery of costs.
• Legal Procedures:
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal procedures in cases where customers refuse to accept or pay for the product without a valid reason. This includes but is not limited to the recovery of delivery costs and associated legal fees

International Shipping

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will vary based on the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
• Shipping Time and Tracking:
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Order Processing

• Processing Time:
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak times or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Restrictions

• PO Boxes:
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
• Remote Locations:
  • Additional delivery fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations. We will notify you of any additional charges before processing your order.

Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address:
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. KAF Cultures is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Failed Delivery Attempts:
  • If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
• Damaged or Lost Items:
  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
